Tristar Oilfield Services Ltd. (TOSL) are Internationally renowned for their Well Engineering, Well Services and Drilling Operations Consultancy and for the Training Services they provide.
The Company's training courses are standards based and approved by SQA / COGENT (Formerly OPITO).

Approvals include:

Level 2 in Wireline and Coil Tubing Operations.
Level 3 in the Customised Well Services Supervisor Standard and up to Level 5 in Management VQ's.

The Well engineering / Consultancy / Standards of Competence and Management Training services are provided through the Company's central office and network of agents in the major Oil & Gas producing areas of the world

TOSL offer Well Services and Drilling Project Management for Operating Companies who may not have sufficient resources or for those whose policy is to contract in such services. Management may be in the form of a single Project Manager or a complete team of personnel with varying disciplines to manage from the Drilling or Workover phase to the Completion and first production.

The Role of the Project Management is, typically:

Assume, on behalf of the Client, the role of co-ordinator for all relevant service company operations.
Be responsible for Engineering, Planning, Preparation and Production of work programmes covering the scope of the Project.
Provide Well Site Supervision of the work programme.
Establish lines of reporting and monitor performance/costing of all service and supply companies involved in the Project.

Provided Completion Design Study to the Norske Shell/Norsk Hydro Ormen Lange Project and following that the services the Project Senior Completion Engineer in the full design period up to offshore installation from 2001 to 2006 in Oslo and Stavanger.
